You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and commercial teams, but you'll have real autonomy over how you drive results on the ground.
- Brand & Local Presence — Own the local brand experience across all touchpoints: signage, OOH, in-park materials, and Google Business Profiles. Ensure everything is on-brand, accurate, and optimised
- Campaigns & Promotions — Plan and execute local campaigns tied to discount periods, occupancy targets, and seasonal demand. Track leads, CAC, and ROI
- New Park Launches — Lead go-to-market for new park openings: page setup, local ads, OOH, and pre-launch buzz to hit occupancy targets from day one
- Content & Social — Manage a local content calendar: social posts, blog content, and community-relevant storytelling
- Events & Partnerships — Build an event calendar and represent Storage24 at local events and B2B networking opportunities
- Local PR — Drive PR opportunities, manage press relationships, and grow our share of voice in the French market
- Performance & Reporting — Track and report on local KPIs (traffic, leads, CPL, funnel conversion) with clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Competitor Intelligence — Monitor local competitor activity, pricing, and positioning. Feed insights back to the wider marketing and commercial team
